Cat’s Meow Cafe & Lounge, LLC (“the Café”) provides a space where guests may interact with cats that are fostered and/or available for adoption through partner rescue organizations. I understand that animals may behave unpredictably, and interaction with cats carries inherent risks including but not limited to scratches, bites, allergic reactions, and other injuries. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE (NEW YORK): To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering the Cat Room and interacting with animals and agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Cat’s Meow Cafe & Lounge, LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, partner rescue organizations, landlords, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to any injury, illness, or harm sustained while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct where such liability cannot be waived under New York law. I agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions. I accept responsibility for supervising any minors in my care. I acknowledge potential exposure to allergens and accept responsibility for my own medical needs.

  By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I agree to follow the Cat Room rules and policies located in the scheduling Calander.
